Billing for March 2008

In March, our billing system will be different. Instead of getting a bill in your child's folder, your bills will be mailed to your house from the Catholic School System. The bills will be mailed out by the 1st of every month and you will have until the 15th to pay it. Please remember our payment policy: If you do not pay your bill by the 20th at the latest, not only will you get a $10 late fee, but you will get a notice stating that if your money is not in by the 25th of that month, you will be asked to leave our center.

Reminders

Here are some important dates to mark on your calendars!

• March 3-7: MSUB Spring Break!  Please let us know if your child will not be attending this week.
• March 3-7: Parent Read Week.  In honor of Dr. Suess's Birthday, we are inviting all of our parents to come read to your child's classroom.  Please see your child's teacher to set up a day and time. 
• March 5: WACKY WEDNESDAY!  Together, our classes will be reading Wacky Wednesday by Dr. Seuss.  We encourage our students dress WACKY!
• March 6: MOVIE DAY on Campus.  Our students will be watching Cinderella.
• March 14: A Dental Hygienist is coming to talk to the 4 and 5 year old classroom!
• March 15: Bills are Due!
• March 20 and 21: Our center is closed for Easter.

Summer Program 2008

It is time to start getting ready for our SUMMER PROGRAM!  Our Summer program will begin on MAY 5, 2008.  (Preschool graduation will be May 2nd, the day before MSUB graduation.)

Our staff puts together themes that will be fun and entertaining for the students.  Because we set up many different activities for the children to do, (like the Montana Zoo coming to our center in June), there is a summer activity fee.

The summer program activity fee is $25.00 dollars PER CHILD, regardless how many days you will come a week.  (Remember, you must be here one day a week to keep your spot).  Your summer activity fee will be included in May's bill.  If you have any questions or concerns, please see Mrs. Julie as soon as possible.
